Web Conferencing Standard includes all of the most widely used features of much more expensive systems, but at a much more affordable price. The system was designed to be very easy to use with a minimal amount of training.

	No Software to Install: Since there is no software to install or pre-load, participants can instantly join meetings without having to prepare their computer in advance.
	Publish Presentations: Using the Publish feature, you can upload a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation or an Excel or Word document and present it your conference participants in a matter of seconds!
	Application Sharing: You can quickly and easily share an application or document with meeting participants, allowing you to give live product demonstrations or collaboratively make changes to documents in real time. You can also share your entire desktop as well as give participants the ability to take control of the application you are sharing. Participants can also give the host remote control over applications running on their computer.
	Recording: Record both the audio and web or just the web portion of your conference. Recordings as saved in Flash format so you can easily share them or post them on a web site. Additional charge of $3.00/minute applies.
	Pass Control: As the conference host, you can pass control of the conference to any participant at any time. Once a participant has control, they can publish presentations, share applications, and pass control back to the host. As the host, you always have the ability to take control back at anytime.
	Polling: The Poll tool allows presenters to conduct interactive question-and-answer sessions. Poll results are gathered in real-time and may be shared with all attendees.
	Text Chat: The host can use the text chat feature to communicate with one or all of the conference participants, and a participant can initiate a text chat session with the host or another participant at any time.
	Marker: While showing a published presentation, the host can use a marker draw on their presentation.
	Pointer: While showing a published presentation, the host can use a pointer to call attention to key points in their presentation.
	Security: Once the conference has started you can lock the conference so no other participants can join. And the system automatically encrypts the communication between the conference host and the participants using 128 bit SSL – the same high level of security used by secure web sites to transmit credit card information and other highly sensitive data.
